Came in for my first oil change...and to have a broken strap replaced. Mike Latch was most courteous when I arrived. Because it was raining that day, he gave me a choice of an exterior wash or to have the strap replaced. Mike Latch was most courteous when I arrived. The work was finished well under the hour that I was told it would probably take. I would highly recommend Piazza Hyundai in Pottstown! More

I have been going to Piazza Hyundai for almost 3 years now. They are by far the best service department I have experienced in the past 20 years. So much so, that I would gladly purchase another Hyundai now. They are by far the best service department I have experienced in the past 20 years. So much so, that I would gladly purchase another Hyundai from them knowing that they would be servicing it. Their service department is friendly, efficient, and does a great job. Rates are reasonable, they provide a complimentary 34-point inspection and wash your car after each service. They have treated me very well and I am greatly appreciative of their service and commitment to their customers. Keep up the great work!!! More

As I pulled into the service area I was greeted by Mike latch, service adviser, almost as soon as I got out of the car. He was very friendly and professional. Every employee I encountered said hello to me latch, service adviser, almost as soon as I got out of the car. He was very friendly and professional. Every employee I encountered said hello to me ( which was very impressive). I waited in the waiting area for my car to be done which was in time promised. Denis Moyer said he was sorry for not washing the car (I forgave him since it was raining that day) but he did vacuum the inside. What more could I ask for! I have experienced the same friendliness since I bought my car here so I am not surprised by it all. The price seemed fair and I would not think of taking my car anywhere else for service. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

Always fast and quality work. Very convenient for me since I live across from the dealership. Took my car in for oil change, Mike called me at home to see since I had it in if i wanted to go ahead and since I live across from the dealership.
