I stopped at Fred Anderson Toyota to do some looking at colors and measurements of space. I met Mike Lee. He was helpful but did not hover, which was exactly what I wanted at that time. Next, I did all the research I could about price and financing. I ready to buy, if I could get my color and options. Since I was in the area, I stopped at Fred Anderson again. I had Mike Lee’s card with me, so I asked to speak with him. Mike was very helpful and we went through the process of finding exactly what I wanted, and talking about the dealer options were. Though I did not say what I had in mind for a price, Mike gave me a price that was just under that. He, then, offered just a bit more than I expected for my 2008 Highlander. Negotiations with Mike Lee were easy, comfortable and friendly. Mike found exactly the car I wanted, from color to options, and we arranged a deal. Everything went very well. More
