I had an appointment but when I arrived at the dealership, know one knew who with and for what. It took 30 minutes to locate a car from there. Once Daniel started working with me things smoothed our. Although it was his first week with the dealership he was knowledgeable and very fair to deal with. We ended up going back and forth on my trade in but we got to a deal. Once we were ready to go, Mike the tech guy spent a good 30 minutes going over the features, setting up our phones so the worked, syncing our garage door opener. He was fantastic and gave us his card and told us to call with any questions. Ever dealer needs to have a tech guy like Mike, he made the sale for me. More
