As a first-time car buyer, they came to me on my level and worked closely with me to achieve the best outcomes for all involved. My schedule is not super flexible so Deron worked with me via email and text throughout the whole process and was quite engaging. My car was ready for me when I arrived (in a snowstorm) and Deron was gracious enough to take a selfie with me to commemorate the occasion. He also reached out to make sure I made it home safely. Shout out to Deron and the Schaumburg Honda team for their attentive, thoughtful service. I don't expect to need to buy another car for at least 10 years so I'll see you then! Will recommend people to you in the meantime though. More

Schaumburg Honda Dealership Disappointment I am very disappointed in Schaumburg Honda. I would ask questions and then get distracted and the questions went unanswered. After reviewing the paper I am very disappointed in Schaumburg Honda. I would ask questions and then get distracted and the questions went unanswered. After reviewing the paperwork at home the next day, I found what I would call discrepancies. The one I was most disappointed in was the "Protection Package" for $899. When I went to the Honda website and built the car the 3 options, Cargo Tray, Wheel Locks and Splash Guard Set would have cost me $274. I went back to the dealership and told them my finding. I was then given an accessory sheet stating it would cost me $390, but this was individual prices because the "Protection Package" under accessories package should the cost as $322 when bought together. The manager I talked to then stated the rest was his profit, even though I am sure all the other cost have profit in them. I was offered nothing to offset the difference. More
