The service center provided thoughtful and independent opinions on the various options and service provided which I appreciated as a customer; thumbs up to Janet Estrada. Mike Lis also provided insight on various features that many new Honda car owners would not think of (e.g. informed to hold down Neutral button for two seconds and disabling the auto-wipe features prior to going to car washes, or general tips after doing car maintenance myself, or the break hold and adjusting almost every feature settings in the car). The price of the overall car was pretty high with prices of options and installation being significantly higher than MSRP and the purchasing price negotiations process was a bit challenging but in the end I was content with the price. More
