We came to Schaumburg Honda after visiting another local Honda dealership and being very turned off by the selection and the salesperson who was worki We came to Schaumburg Honda after visiting another local Honda dealership and being very turned off by the selection and the salesperson who was working with us. I contacted Schaumburg Honda via email and someone responded to me within minutes and answered all of my questions. When we went to the dealership that night, I was not expecting to feel any differently about the new Odyssey, but Scott's patience, charm and overall helpfulness turned me around completely and we ended up ordering a new vehicle that night. We were just told the night before at a dealership within an hour from Schaumburg that there were no new Odysseys in the Chicago area and here we had Scott promising us he would find us one and he absolutely did. 5 days later we drove home in our brand new 2018 Odyssey and could not be happier with our experience. In addition to Scott, Mike Lis was helpful even before we decided to purchase, giving me the confidence that this new system I would be learning would not be so difficult and could actually be enjoyable. We even had a great experience with the finance department. I forget his name, but he made what is usually a painful experience, fun and exciting as we finalized the purchase.
