This is our second time with this dealership. The first time we were in a rush because we needed a car right away. This time we had only planned to look at what was available. Kyle was very attentive to wh time we were in a rush because we needed a car right away. This time we had only planned to look at what was available. Kyle was very attentive to what we wanted and thorough about what our options we’re. I was nervous about what our payments would be because we were upgrading to a hybrid and I was afraid of what the payments would be. Kyle came up with great options to choose from and the payments were comparable to what we were paying on our old car. The whole process went quite smoothly and we left happy. Love the CR-V. More

Everything was fine. Not outstanding, but fine. I thought it was odd that I emailed with 3 individuals at the dealership and then met with yet a 4th to complete the transaction.
