After a long time shopping for a vehicle I showed up to Schaumburg Honda as a walk in. Jason immediately took care of me and was more than helpful. I didn’t purchase a vehicle the first day , but a week la Schaumburg Honda as a walk in. Jason immediately took care of me and was more than helpful. I didn’t purchase a vehicle the first day , but a week later I went back to purchase a civic hatch. I can’t speak for everyone at Schaumburg Honda but Jason is definitely an example to follow. He didn’t just get a sale, but he gained a customer. I think that’s something many salesman/product specialists can’t pull off. Long story short, if you’re in the market for a new Honda, Schaumburg Honda is the place to get one. Make sure you ask for Jason. Thanks to everyone there for their business and time. More

My last car buying experience was nearly 21 years ago with Bob Rohrman Auto Group Schaumburg Honda and it went off without a hitch. My recent purchase on December 21, 2020 was even smoother than the fir with Bob Rohrman Auto Group Schaumburg Honda and it went off without a hitch. My recent purchase on December 21, 2020 was even smoother than the first time and I’m ecstatic that sometimes you have to be lucky to get something to turn out right the first time but for it to happen twice is so fulfilling. Everyone I came into contact with whether the communication was face to face, by phone, or text, did an outstanding job and I applaud and commend them for being a championship team. I thank everyone involved very much for a job well done, delivering great customer service, and making custom loyalty meaningful. I wrote a letter to the CEO of Honda North America expressing my gratitude and giving credit to all involved (sorry I inadvertently left out Matt’s name and credit to him too). A shout out goes to Mykhaylo Pastukh, seen with me in the picture, who hung in there the entire day and evening on the day of purchase. More

Salesman was knowledgeable and easy to work with.
