I had a pleasant experience at Schaumburg Honda. The sales representative Juan was well informed and was very accommodating. Afterwards Mike gave me such a great explanation about all my new car's many functions and provided this little helpful cheat sheet to take home. The dealership itself is in a state of transition because I think they're moving to a whole new location, so I understand that the outdated lobby and overall layout of the dealership is only for the time being. I'm looking forward to taking my car to service at the new dealership! More
