This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Forrester's and the third vehicle we purchased through Mike Manning. Mike has ALWAYS gone above and beyond what we needed him to do to make our purc Forrester's and the third vehicle we purchased through Mike Manning. Mike has ALWAYS gone above and beyond what we needed him to do to make our purchases possible. We consider Mike as a very valuable asset to the dealership and would highly recommend and do recommend him to anyone we know looking for a vehicle. Christine and I made an appointment with Mike Manning to test drive a Lincoln MKX. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Mike who offered us refreshments and had already made all the prepar test drive a Lincoln MKX. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Mike who offered us refreshments and had already made all the preparation for the test drive. Mike's demeanor was very pleasant and sincerely welcoming which made us very comfortable when considering a significant expenditure. During the test drive Mike explained the features of the MKX as well as the customer service program from the family owner dealership. Upon returning to the dealership we started to discuss the MKX sales price and my vehicle trade in value. Obviously, I had hoped for a greater trade in value but Mike was very through in explaining the pricing mythology and we were able to negotiate a final price. This was not the end of the customer experience; after completing the paperwork Mike assisted in contacting my insurance company (GEICO) and provided all necessary vehicle information to transfer the coverage. Additionally, he immediately coordinated a Loaner vehicle for use to drive home in order to expedite the completion of the vehicle transfer. Before we left the dealership Mike again stated the Forrester (dealership) serious commitment to customer satisfaction. I did not expect to receive the MKX until Friday, allowing time for dealer prep and state registration but Mike telephoned me Wednesday and ask if he could drop the MKX off that afternoon; can you believe that - a dealership that responsive? Over the years I have bought several cars from different dealers and we know the reputation of Used Car Salesmen but I must honestly that Mike Manning and the Forrester dealership certainly goes the 110% for genuine, honest customer satisfaction and made this a very positive New Car Experience. I recently had my 2009 Lincoln MKS completely die in my driveway! I panicked and contacted Mike Manning, the sales representative that sold me my car in 2009... Yes, I said 2009! My message to Mike Ma driveway! I panicked and contacted Mike Manning, the sales representative that sold me my car in 2009... Yes, I said 2009! My message to Mike Manning: Hey Mike, "My car is dead. How should I handle this? Could be just the battery? Alternator/Starter? I have no clue. Where could I get a battery for this car to see if that's the problem? UGGH!" Mikes reply, “I'll be out to get it and bring it in here. I'll leave my vehicle sit there and once it's done I'll bring it back to ya!! Okay??” Seriously – Forrester Lincoln - this guy is a ROCKSTAR! He picked up my car, had service on it, then returned it to my home! Red carpet service and I feel like a Queen Bee. My car is 4 years old, yet I get customer service as if I am a new customer. Isn't that what we all want? To feel we made the right decision when we buy a luxury car. I will not buy another car from anyone else but Mike Manning at Lincoln Forrester! More

Mike Manning is the most personable salesman I have ever worked with. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
