Their website is extremely user friendly, easy to navigate and each vehicle had plenty of information to comfortably zero in on a specific vehicle. The salesperson was extremely responsive to my calls (we're from out of state), wasn't pushy and help us close a great deal in a matter of hours. He offered to take all the documents the night before our travel via email and the paperwork was ready to be signed the next morning. The moment I expressed what I was looking for he knew exactly which car would fit my needs. It is clear he has an extensive knowledge of the dealerships inventory and was able to tell me why the car I got would be better than others offered (based on my requests). He was extremely friendly and helped make a situation that I'm unfamiliar with better. He was able to help with everything from the car to understanding the financial aspect of it (difference of owning and leasing). First, they are great to work with-so friendly and courteous. Second, they have good prices and always work with me to get the price point I need. Last, years ago I visited another are Jeep dealership and they were arrogant, rude, and didn't work with me at all! Therefore, the professional, friendly, "dealers" for sure got my business forever. Thank goodness the other Jepp place was so unprofessional, because I found the best years ago-Scanton! Also, it is so fabulous for when I need any work done-it's done asap, and I am given a car to use no hassle. Mike May was my original salesman, but now I work with Mike Mconkly (since Mike May had changed positions). However, the two of them work nicely together to get me what I need-when I need it and for the price I need. If you want a great Jeep dealership-it's Scranton Dodge. I will be sure to visit them again next year. I have never been so happy with my car- the Patriot is wonderful! I am very happy with the friendly, courteous, HONEST employees! More
