Mike always has my best interest and makes sure I'm getting all of the things I'm looking for in a vehicle. The entire sales staff is very kind and you never feel like just another number to them. They are horrible. Never fix anything. Check engine light kept coming on. They said it was fixed. Then days later it would come back on and shake. What a joke this place is. I’ll never buy another vehicle there again. Terrible terrible terrible. Nightmare place!!!!

Same speal every time. Failed promises. Poor business that’s being operated here. I’ll go to another dealer with my money. We had two separate vehicles at this garage. Each vehicle was never fixed. Poor poor way to operate business. We make a lot of money and will spend it somewhere else. Poor way you all do business. No pride in this area. Poor poor business.

The booklet would have been part of your paperwork at delivery. They have a serial number assigned to them for our accounting department and service team to validate coverage.. I can cancel the coverage and refund the purchase amount. There is a cancellation letter I will need signed to cancel the coverage that has already been placed onto your vehicle. Just confirm this is what you want me to do and I will take care of it. From what Mike has told me you are good with the GAP coverage? Is this correct?

You will still receive a Basic Pompey Rewards Benefit package that will provide you with a $39.95 credit towards your 1st Oil Change with us. Thank you for your response. I understand I signed the paperwork. I never imagined that items would be added that were not discussed with me prior. My fault for trusting the salesman and not reading every document.
I don't know what number John Epp & Mike McConkey were calling, but I can assure you that I received one, only one, phone call from Mike on Thursday, November 1 at 1:07pm. He left a voicemail in which I returned.
I did ask Frank when signing the documents why $450 was listed for the Diamond package and he stated "I have to mark some figure down".
It is what it is at this point.

So it is 6 oil changes, not lifetime. Interesting. We did not receive anything about it. Where would we get the booklet? Is there a way this can be removed and I get my money back. I would not have chosen this package if presented. I appreciate your responses and getting back to me.

Well, I went and traded my vehicles in on a new one. The trade prices varied. The one I got a good price. But low-balled on the other. Both of these vehicles were far from stock. And both were modified greatly and very clean.
Then on to new vehicle. The vehicle seemed like a good deal.I came to buy that day. I did buy that day. A few weeks later(about 2), I did some research more. I found the vehicle, with more options, almost $3000 less at Motorworld in Wilkes-barre,Pa.
That kind of hit a nerve to see that. But yes, I know, I should've researched more before buying. I'm just feeling a little disappointed at the moment after seeing what more I could've had in this brand new vehicle. Don't get me wrong, I like my brand new vehicle. But it could've been a better equipped vehicle at a lower price.

I spoke with both Rich & Mike regarding your transaction and I have to admit I do understand your position but plead with you to hear our side of the story.
Many times our competitors will post very aggressive pricing with many rebates and incentives which 99% of customers do not qualify for. Plus the trade-in appraisal will be substantially lower than what we offered.
I know you feel we were low on your appraisals, but we use sophisticated software to determine market value for all cars we bid on. I can promise you this - if we "stole" one of your trades - it would already be sold.. Our web site receives 20,000 page views a month or 5,000 per week. That's a lot of eyeballs and looks by both car dealers & customers. I have had very few views of your trades to date. In fact - I expect to do poorly on the Cobalt but we wanted to earn your business. The Cobalt is a great car, but very hard to sell and finance. Most banks will look extremely hard on applicants for this type of car. You may not agree with us, but we gave you a super value for it.
We booked a very small profit on your transaction - well below our average. That is neither here nor there... Please know we did not try to, or in effect - take advantage of you. We gave you a very good deal on a great vehicle. And I'm glad you are enjoying it!

Thanks for the additional information. Rich did say that you were a straight up guy! I would love to speak with you to make sure you are ok with the purchase and service afterwards. I see you live close by and I would hate if you felt like you couldn't service with us. We do service a lot of Jeeps, Challengers, and many other vehicles that are modified. I am surprised to hear that we would not inspect your Cobalt. That is not protocol and I am looking into why this happened.

I do understand that you need to make money on the cars and that's why you're in this business. But as far as views on the website of these vehicles, the Cobalt SS is by far from stock. It has an aftermarket tune and performance parts not listed. This car hit the dyno at almost 309 wheel horsepower and 405 foot pounds of torque to the flywheel. Not bad for a little 2.0l 4 cylinder engine. The exhaust is a full legal racing exhaust. It's a full 3" downpipe with high flow cat and has a high flow resonator with muffler delete. It is from ZZP, a well known performance mod company. The Cobalt shouldn't have any issue with passing a Pa. inspection. Shocks, brakes and exhaust were all just redone. Tires are very good still as well. I found your service department wouldn't even try the inspection though. That's odd. The vehicle was never neglected and to hear that they wouldn't even try an inspection was hard to understand and hear. But, it's your service department and vehicle. Should this concern me if I were to modify this brand new vehicle that I just bought from you? Would any modifications to the new vehicle force your service department to not look at my vehicle? There are many modifications that can be done to this new vehicle that will not void any warranty. I have already looked into certain things that wouldn't void warranty. But seeing how the service department is already with the Cobalt doesn't make me feel better about returning to your dealership for future service.
Now the JGC on the other hand was on your site for weeks already without a current vehicle pic. That didn't do the vehicle any justice at all. Being that that also is very far from stock and well modded. At least there were most of the modifications listed in the description with the stock image up. But without seeing it, it didn't help in any as far as views or inquiries.
I wouldn't mind speaking or meeting with you if need be. I'm a pretty "down to Earth" person.

Sorry for delay in response Mr. Pompey. I've had a death in the family and the past few days have been hectic. I do appreciate the conversations. I currently work Monday-Friday during the days. I'm not sure if you're in the office on Satudays at all. Otherwise, we'll have to stick to speaking over the phone. I'm glad to hear that you will look into the Cobalt issue.
I will hopefully have the new vehicle that was purchased from your dealership serviced there as well.
And Rich was an excellent salesman! No complaints at all about how he handled the sale.
Also, I have been directing people to your site/ dealership asking about my traded vehicles. I know, it's not my job or duty. But, I'd like to see them sell too. I know they were well taken care of and would make someone happy as well.
