Got a 21 Grand Cherokee from Him I believe it was in November of 2023. Thank you Mike McVeigh!! My only Issue is when you call the dealership for service and you are in need for an appointment scheduling there is always a wait for so far out when you speak to service. If you have an issue that can NOT wait you should be able to get in ASAP and Expecally if you got a vehicle from this dealership and not given the run around like you can bring the vehicle in but I don’t have a rental to put you in. Then after I was told that I immediately texted Mike McVeigh who I got the vehicle from and told him my issue and he said yes that issue can NOT wait let me look into this for you! Thanks again Mike but it shouldn’t be like that to have to text my sales guy to get the vehicle in for service and a vehicle provided. I brought in on Thursday 3/21/24 and did not get looked at till Monday the 25th. I only know this because I have the Jeep APP for Guardian and it updates location and when the vehicle is started. Got the vehicle back on Tuesday 3/26/24 late afternoon. I had my vehicle in for a transmission issue leaking and the 21 Grand Cherokee High Altitude 5.7L only has 23k miles on it! Kind of disappointing that something like that happens with very low mileage! More
