It took three days to get my car back because no one read the appointment order or the work order and they didn’t undercoat the truck. No one called to say it was done when it was finished. I guess the phone lines were down the day after it was completed. In the era of communication it would have thought someone would have used their cellphone. I hope hope future appointments are handled better! More

Made an appointment for my truck. AAA picked it up within an hour of it being dropped off. The tech called me told me the issue and got the truck back in the same day.
