The service staff and center were professional, knowledgeable and communicated with us in timely and informative way. That said I learned today the the very expensive EPS warranty Ford sold us at the closing doesn’t cover nearly the detail we were told it would cover when it was sold by Plantation Ford in Fort Lauderdale. It was an EXPENSIVE warranty, Now a simple cup holder is falling apart due to poor manufacturing workmanship on a 2023 $88,000 truck and Ford wont stand behind it. Im actually floored. More
