I like this dealership because of their proximity, and they seem genuinely concerned with their customers satisfaction. Unfortunately, they are understaffed, and service is inordinately slow. Took my F350 Diesel in for service, oil change, fuel filters, and tire rotation. Check engine light still on when I picked up, never diagnosed problem. Come to find out there are chewed wires leading to filters, and tire rotation. Check engine light still on when I picked up, never diagnosed problem. Come to find out there are chewed wires leading to sensors right near the oil filter, SHOULD have been seen !!!!!! More
