The telephone and in person contact was professional and efficient with everyone I came in contact with. Albert the mechanic was helpful in explaining the delay in service. I am in the process of switching efficient with everyone I came in contact with. Albert the mechanic was helpful in explaining the delay in service. I am in the process of switching all my vehicles to this Jenkins repair shop. I have been with another local dealership for 30+ years but changes in service advisors have been disappointing and appointments were being made 3-4 weeks out. I called Jenkins and spoke with Mike and he was able to book me for routine service the same week. I was even able to purchase and have new tires installed during the same service appointment. I would highly recommend them. More

the mechanic didnt put my oil cap on and did not tighten the cover underneath car which fell off.
