After a brief conversation, it was clear to Tom tha I had my sights set on a used minivan, and initial worked with their Used Car Manager, Tom Murry. After a brief conversation, it was clear to Tom that we weren't going to get what we wanted in a used vehicle, and that a new minivan (yet to arrive) was what we secretly needed. The transition and teamwork between departments was seamless, and scheduling pickup was a breeze! My relationship was originally with Tom, and he helped quarterback the entire process even though his focus was in used vehicles. It made it all so easy for me! Then on pickup day, the Finance team and Michael Miller, in Sales were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was in an out of there in no time! . Thanks all! More
