Expect huge fees on cars they sourced elsewhere (they tried to stick me with $15k of them), even after being told on the phone that the transaction would be sticker price plus a $75 doc fee and standard tax, title, and license. They also tried to lowball my trade (by another $15k) after promising “top market value.” Sales person: Mustafa. Red flags: 1. Twice called ahead to confirm availability, price, and fees. Both times I was assured no extras beyond doc and TTL. 2. Drove 2 hours for a set appointment. No salesperson ready and the vehicle had to be fetched from another lot. 3. Test drove the 2024 Expedition and liked it, but the process turned to pushing financing before offering a trade value. 4. Trade offer came in absurdly low at $27k for a 2022 Lexus GX460 in great condition with 36k miles and warranty remaining. Trade in value should have been closer to $46k. 5. The out-the-door price was stuffed with $15k add-on fees not disclosed on the calls (over $5k shipping fee plus VIN engraving, add on packages, etc.). 6. THAT IS MORE THAN A $30k delta! 7. When I let them know that I would simply like to pay their sticker price, plus the $75 fee and tax, title, license, registration and minus my fair trade in (should have been ~$10k out of pocket), they shaved $15k off the deal and pitched me again. 8. Mustafa got his manager to come and try to make the deal. I stuck to the known facts: the price of their vehicle minus the value of my vehicle, plus a $75 fee and TT&L. I was told that I needed to pay their fees because they bring cars in from out of state and have to process them. I assured him that the fees should have either been disclosed on the site, during my phone calls asking about them, or built into the sticker price. 9. He disagreed. We grabbed our keys back and started the 2 hour drive home. Bottom line: misleading answers, hidden fees, and time wasted.
