The only things I’d point out were the limited car selection on the lot and a bit of a wait before anyone came to assist. Still, everyone I dealt with was courteous and made the buying process easy once things got moving. My sales consultant was patient and genuinely listened to what I was looking for, without pushing me into something I didn’t need. More

I’ve dealt with plenty of dealerships where the friendliness disappears after the sale, but Old Orchard Nissan proved different. A staff member greeted me outside, asked how my car was running, and friendliness disappears after the sale, but Old Orchard Nissan proved different. Not at all impressed. We test drove a car and liked it. I brought in my trade a few days later for them to give me a value. The first thing I was asked was " are you ready We test drove a car and liked it. I brought in my trade a few days later for them to give me a value. The first thing I was asked was " are you ready to make a deal today?" I told them that I was shopping around and had my choice narrowed down to 3 cars at 3 dealerships, theirs included. At that point things turned sour. They were unwilling to price out my trade and sit down with me to present me with an offer. So I left. I am aware that sometimes they put in the work to make me an offer. (2 hours tops including the test drive) and the deal doesn't go through. But isn't that their JOB!!! Not all deals go through. If a real estate agent did this same thing to their prospective clients, they would be a pretty poor agent. I feel that the same applies to car sales. I would NOT recommend this dealer. More

This place is run by liars and thieves. The were trying to add in false things like factory options to the listed used car price… ridiculous. Huge waste of my time visiting these idiots… I recommend everyone stay away from this stereotypical sleazy dealership. Huntley Ford should be ashamed to have this dealership in their family!! More

I called twice before the flight to talk with two different people to confirm that that would be the price without any games. It was confirmed that the price was the price and it wasn’t contingent on any financing or any other offers. When I got there they added over $16,000 in fees and add ons to bring the total to over $41,000. When I told them about calling and talking to them of course that is handled by an outside department and they had never heard of the people I mentioned that I had talked to. I had worked them back down to $26,500, but they wouldn’t budge off of that. I told the salesman that I was done and leaving after talking to the manager twice at that point. He wanted to talk to the manager once more so I just walked out. Don’t believe the price you see online and don’t waste your time dealing with these people. I went to a different dealer and bought the same car, which had less miles and in better condition, for a better price. More
