Mike Moore is the most hands-on manager I have ever seen. If there is any issue or problem he is right on top of the situation getting it resolved quickly and painlessly for the customer. Mike makes the car leasing process so easy you almost forget you're car shopping! I told him what I wanted and he does all the heavy lifting.
