He genuinely wanted to learn about me and our family interests. Mike and I, as it turns out, have 20-30 common interests and will be friends beyond the business interests. Easiest car shopping experience EVER Couldn't be more happy. Mike made sure I got into a finance agreement that was fair. He literally looked for ways to help me NOT get into a bad financial arrangement, and made it go so smoothly during a particularly stressful time for my wife and me. Despite the difficulties of dealing with the total loss of our previous car that was struck by an uninsured motorist just days before, Mike made the acquisition of a new vehicle as easy and painless as possible.
