Hands down best experience ever in car shopping! I had the privilege of working with Mike Moore on leasing my new Honda. He is amazing and goes above and beyond to help his clients. AWESOME Experience!!! Mike Moore went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I had never leased a vehicle before and I was in the market for a new Tahoe to surprise m Mike Moore went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I had never leased a vehicle before and I was in the market for a new Tahoe to surprise my wife with on her birthday. He not only found one with everything I asked for, he delivered it (in person) to the place I had prearranged to surprise my wife, and he had a big red bow on the hood!!! She was blown away when she saw it. I can't say enough about my experience with Mike at D&M, and the best part is..... I didn't spend a single minute in a dealership or credit office. His level of attention to detail, prompt responses, problem solving and general good will were exactly what I needed in a very frustrating time. I was able to tell Mike exactly what I wanted and didn't want and he took it from there and delivered the perfect vehicle while making me feel like I was his only client. He respected my time, my budget and my crazy circumstances. If only every person in the service industry approached their work with such enthusiasm and passion!
