We had worked with Mike before and had always been impressed with his professionalism and dedication to detail. He pulled off what I consider a minor miracle in that we got way more truck for the buck than I ever could have had dealing with a private seller or a dealership. My family is very happy with the result and we owe it all to Mike. He was great and even made it easy for me to sign the paperwork by meeting me in a place that was easy for me. Mike did an incredible job finding the suv we wanted for a fair price. His transparency on the process, including the price, was refreshing. Even after the sell was complete he's gone out of his way to make sure the vehicle is in perfect working order. He worked with the previous owner to fix a faulty antenna and have a second key made. He even reimbursed us for an oil change a week after we bought the car because he couldn't be sure when the last oil change was performed. He expects nothing but the best for his clients and he gives nothing but the best from himself. We will use him again and again! More
