I chose to go through D&M due to the recommendation of a couple of friends, and I'm so glad that I did. Josh Reese got me started, and then Mike Moore did a fantastic job of helping me find the car that I was looking for, and getting me into it as painlessly as possible. The entire process took less than two days, and Mike brought the new car out to me at my work location. The paperwork experience only took about 15 minutes, as compared to the hour or more at a dealership. D&M has a new life customer, and I will gladly recommend them to friends and family who may be looking for a new ride. More

These days, most consumers have already done their own research and know what they want before stepping foot on the lot so why does buying a car take all day? Well those days are over for me! I spent maybe 30 minutes on the phone with Mike Moore and sent him a link to the vehicle I wanted and the next day it was mine and at the price I wanted. The fact that the paperwork took only 10 minutes was a testament to the level of detail and preparedness that Mike provides his clients. Everything went perfectly right up to the point where we got the first email from D&M that I didn't provide my TXDL but rather my TX CHL card. I replaced my TXDL with the CHL license when it arrived thinking it was the replacement for it....and that happened back in Oct of 2015. So I've been driving all over the place with a handgun in my car or on my hip with NO TXDL in my possession for almost 6 months. We were on our way to the D&M office late Friday afternoon (4pm) when Mike called to sort this out....I totally had forgotten about the sequence of events related to the renewal of my TXDL and getting my TX CHL at almost the same time. Mike dropped everything, cancelled other appointments and worked with us for 2 hrs through the total madness that is the Texas DPS call center fiasco. Something you only want to do IF you are insane and want your patience and sanity severely tested. The Bank would NOT do the deal without a valid TXDL...and I could not produce one. I was soooooo frustrated. I didn't remember getting the renewal TXDL, but only replacing whatever I had at the time with the new TX CHL. Mike worked with his GM and they agreed to let us take the new Highlander home but my wife had to drive and I would have to go apply for a replacement on Monday. That was so kind. Next morning bright and early, while lying in bed semi conscious, a prompting floated like a whisper into my mind....and suddenly I flew out of bed. Pulled open the top drawer on my nightstand and there is was....my valid, renewed TXDL. It was such great news to know that I WAS NOT A CRIMINAL AFTER ALL. What a crazy chain of events. We consider Mike to be one of our dear friends. Integrity in business dealings is so rare these days, but we trust Mike implicitly. Leasing a new car with Mike is a breeze. More

I can't explain in words how Mike put our minds at ease. The decision we made was not to lease a Chevrolet Tahoe. Our decision was to get in business with Mike Moore and D&M Leasing. A car is a car. The level of support and overall care for our best interests was our deciding factor. We'll recommend anyone and everyone to D&M Leasing. I My wife and I have used Mike Moore at D & M Leasing previously when purchasing cars and always had a great experience, this time was no different! I called Mike and let him know we were interested in leasing a new car, a 2016 Ford Fusion, and I gave him the details of what I wanted, because Mike is all about the details! I also explained to him that we were not going to be trading in our Lancer, we want to save it for our son when he starts driving. Our credit was going to be a challenge as well, and we didn't have much to put down. Just a short time later he called me and said he had the perfect car for us. Mike is a miracle worker! All the hoops he had to jump through to get us financing was amazing, but he did it again...we got financing!!! We went in on a Saturday to pick up the car and sign the papers. We took a look at the car and....it had black wheels....YUCK! It looked ridiculous. Mike then spent several hours working with us to get different wheels for the car. Again, this is on his day off. He was wonderful about it. We got the new wheels installed and the car is perfect! Mike made what could have been a very difficult and uncomfortable situation actually enjoyable. We will always go back to Mike Moore and D & M Leasing. The man is like a magician! More
