My best used car buying experience ever. I was referred to Mike M. and D&M by a co-worker who had leased and purchased multiple vehicles from Mike over the years. I now understand why my co- I was referred to Mike M. and D&M by a co-worker who had leased and purchased multiple vehicles from Mike over the years. I now understand why my co-worker is so loyal to D&M and this particular rep. Mike asked questions about our needs and past purchase habits and then he got to work. I received several calls and emails over the next few days as lease returns came in that were good candidates. I didn't get time-wasting calls about just any car. He narrowed it down to ones I would actually consider based on what we had discussed on the first phone call. I really appreciated that. When he found the perfect car (a good brand/model, well equipped, low mileage, better than expected price) he brought it to us for a test drive. It really couldn't have been any easier. Let me add that there was no pressure to lease instead of purchase. There was no pressure of any kind at all. D&M apparently has so many cars coming through that it seemed Mike was just watching and waiting for the right one to become available. We tend to keep cars for quite a while and so we don't shop often. When we do need another car, I will definitely call Mike M at D&M. More
