We were rushing to make a decision on a new car for my daughter. He called me at 3pm on Friday. We knew the exact vehicle, color, and we thought trim level. We had tried to find that vehicle and only found 2 in the entire DFW area, and both were over 30 miles away. Mike went to work. At 4pm he called back, had the car, guided up upward on the trim level due to residual value issues with the other (neither of the two other dealers even mentioned this fact to us), and asked us to meet him at 10:30 am the next day. Deal done. Short, sweet, impossible to beat. More
