Throughout my 30 years in the automotive business, what matters to me most is how I can help others achieve their goals! I joined the incredible team here in January 2012, and I love coming in, learning more, and teaching what I have learned. Customers know I will tell them what is accurate, not what they want to hear. They love that and the fact that I never make false promises. If we can not meet their needs, I am upfront and transparent, but I also ensure they get in the right direction to solve those problems. My skills include being Kia Master Level Parts certified; however, I am most proud of my commitment to follow through and never give up. One of my best accomplishments is taking a young man from being a 16-year-old high school student to my right hand who can do anything in our field, all within seven years. That shows my commitment to helping others achieve their goals and continues to make me proud.
