I’ve worked/haggled with all types of dealers throughout New England on used cars ranging for $20K-45K always trying to get a good value and a good deal. In all my dealings I’ve never felt the level of honesty, trust, and comfort I did in this transaction with Audi Shrewsbury. I worked with Mike Moussalli directly who has been great and attentive throughout the process. It didn’t end when we shook hands on the deal, I signed the papers, or when I drove off with the car. He has continued to put up with my texts helping answer questions no matter the day or time. He also drove paperwork to me to save me a trip to the dealership! Mike M. gives A+ customer service a new definition. If I ever buy from someone else, Mike has set the standard pretty high for them to try and match. I also had great dealings with Mike in finance who was able to put the deal together that would work for me and also Toffy from the management side working through the numbers. Don’t get me wrong, I would have loved to get the car for free but let’s not kid ourselves. They run a business but were conscious of where I was trying to get to and we found enough common ground to make it work. They were not pushy, just upfront and with some back and forth we got a deal done quickly.
