In a whim we called and set up an appointment to see about ordering a vehicle through this dealership. We knew exactly whatwe wanted and were given a price quote on the specific vehicle and a trade-in about ordering a vehicle through this dealership. We were looking at both the Explorer and the Expedition. Mike let us take both for extended test-drives to help us figure out which was the right choice for our family. We got very close to our initial offer, but tried to get out of the ~$700 in extras/fees they try to add to the final price. Got some of it off, but I would have rather they just kept the "extras" and left the fees off completely. Overall, GREAT experience. More
