This is the third bad experience with this service department. I had called and scheduled a service appointment for my diesel truck. I was there at the appointment time. I had purposely scheduled this appointment in between two other appointments. When I checked in on the progress, my truck had not even been taken in for service. They were unable to offer a loaner so I could get to my appointment while my truck was serviced. I left without getting my truck serviced. More
