Up to this point I had visited a few Genesis Dealerships. Wilkins by far out worked the others. First, they stood by everything they said. They described to a T the client experience I would be getting and then bent over backwards to make sure they were tracking in my mind all along the way. I'd like to commend Eddie Bilo, Tim Albertson and Mike Obal. They worked seamlessly together to make sure I received the best possible care from their organization. From start to finish I felt like I was their most important customer of the day. After buying the car they followed up the very next day to make sure I liked it and everything was to my satisfaction. Stuck to the price they quoted me, didn't try to force a bunch of warranty stuff, gave me time to read everything before I signed, and let me work out the math on my own. More

Misinformed My wife bought a 2017 Santa Fe and was told the car had apple CarPlay. When she tried to use it the next day, it didn’t work. She called and was assur My wife bought a 2017 Santa Fe and was told the car had apple CarPlay. When she tried to use it the next day, it didn’t work. She called and was assured it had it and just needed to be reinstalled. Well they weren’t in for 2 days and when she brought it in she was told it doesn’t have that feature and it was too late to return it. Everyone there was clueless and no help! Said we couldn’t return but could pay more for one on the lot that had CarPlay. What a joke. More

I was previously told by another dealership I would not be approved for a loan, Michael didn’t give me one ounce of doubt throughout this whole process we test drove the car and had great conversation I told him a little more in depth what exactly I was looking for and we got back to the dealership and he pulled up my dream car! I thought I would be there all day and night but the process was so fast. He was so patient with me and honest I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
