Sales agent was impeccable throughout. I considered cancel when shop assigned questionable mechanic to attach trailer hitch that created week of delay. Sales person tried to keep me informed, hot wire hit ground and blew fuse. Ultimately more experienced person assigned who diagnosed issues. Managment was slow to step in and apply more experienced mechanic. I'll see how efficient "after sales" service is. I'm skeptible!! More
