Mike Peralta and his sales manager were very accommodating and patient with me. I had been researching the Chevy Cruze for some time now, so I knew what I wanted when I arrived. I loved the fact that it was not high pressure and Mike treated me with a gentle spirit rather than the "slimeball" attitude I have had from previous car dealerships. He gave me the time I needed to walk away and get some fresh air when I needed to. My boyfriend was with me during the process and he was very impressed as well. He had just recently purchased a truck through another dealer and did not receive the respect and kindness that Mike and his team showed us. When it came time to sign everything the process had been very streamlined and efficient. Overall, I must say that the Paradise Chevrolet staff works well as a team to show that their customers are very important and come first. Great Job!! I am going off to college soon and this is going to be a very important purchase for me, Michael explained things in detail and didn't try to rush me or talk me into anything I wasn't ready for. Although my parents came along with me, they stood back and let me do this on my own. Afterwards, my parents complimented on how patient he was with all my questions and concerns. I cant wait to come in and purchase my car from him, he made this a great first time buying/shopping experience for me! More
