Upon parking at Paradise Chevrolet we were greeted by Mike, who was friendly and understanding from the beginning. We explained that we were possibly looking to make a purchase, but had a specific monthly payment that we had to meet to do so. He quickly took us to the cars within our budget and went out of his way to open each of them up so we could fully view the cars and offered test drives. I appreciated the fact that he really took the time to listen to what we wanted for our price range and that he wasn’t pushy. More

Smooth, pleasant experience We came in late Friday night during memorial day weekend just to look at trucks. It was right before closing and we didn't even have our car we wanted We came in late Friday night during memorial day weekend just to look at trucks. It was right before closing and we didn't even have our car we wanted to trade with us. Michael was patient, honest, and just worked hard to make sure we got the truck we love at the right price. They gave us a blind appraisal on our trade that was very fair. Michael does not pressure you and will go out of his way to make sure you're happy. I love my new 2019 Silverado. This is the second time we've bought from Paradise (first was in 2008) and the experience was great both times (hard to say this about most dealerships). They provided me with a more than adequate loaner vehicle until mine was ready and Mike located and arranged delivery of a replacement when the original was deemed unrepairable (at least quickly). We decided on a 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss in Red Hot. From the moment we walked onto the lot, Mike greeted us with a friendly smile, and pleasant demeanor. His patience was dually noted while we perused the lot and viewed about 10 different trucks. He offered honest, reliable information on each one we asked about. Our test drive went smoothly, and didn't feel rushed like they typically do at other dealerships. When it came down to it, the entire process of purchasing the truck was incredibly smooth and not like the experiences we've had in the past. (Side note, the restrooms here were the equivalent of a 5? resort with all the amenities!!) Mike was a rockstar for us, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.
