We walked in for a test drive with no intention of purchasing right now, and we didn't feel any pressure to purchase. We obtained the information that we needed and walked out without getting pressured by Mike or Steve. My LEAF lease was almost up, so we were exploring other EV options for a few months down the road. After discussing, we ended up returning later in the afternoon to purchase the Bolt. We were not pressured to do the dealership's financing (we had already done an outside loan) and the overall experience was excellent. My wife and I were both very impressed with this dealership, and look forward to great service after the sale. More

Unfortunately, all the jokes about poor salesman at auto dealerships are probably 80% true. Michael was a cut above all the sales people we have worked with in the past, and we have bought a LOT of cars. Michael did not try to become our "new best friend", he showed us the cars that best suited our needs, showed us the best buy for us on the lot, and didn't make promises to us that would later be unrealized. If we decide to buy a second Corvette, we will go to visit Michael first. If if we cannot help us, we will know that we have at least gotten good advice and the best possible deal that he and his agency could put together. Good job Michael and thank you again.
