I recently came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Gina that I was also hearing a rattling noise underneath the vehicle when backing out. During the diagnostic video, I lea rotation. I mentioned to Gina that I was also hearing a rattling noise underneath the vehicle when backing out. During the diagnostic video, I learned that the source of the rattling was a rusted heat shield that needed to be replaced. I’m grateful for such a helpful and transparent communication tool — it made understanding the issue so much easier. They also reminded me that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced, which was very helpful. Service was efficient, pricing was fair, and the customer service was friendly and informative. Highly recommend! More

Car was in the shop for an oil change. Unfortunately, Honda charges to rotate the tires. I took the car directly to NTB to have the tires rotated. NTB completed a multi point inspection Unfortunately, Honda charges to rotate the tires. I took the car directly to NTB to have the tires rotated. NTB completed a multi point inspection and recommended an air filter change. I was very surprised to see how dirty the filter was and Honda never said a word to me and checked marked everything as good. Spoke with a manager at Honda. Had brake work done a couple of years ago and found out the rotors that were supposed to have been serviced by Honda were never even touched and just new brake pads added . Very disappointing. I take my car to Honda Classic with hopes that I am receiving the work that I pay for and I am very frustrated to find that things are not being done. The manager at Honda apologized and stated 2 technicians worked on my car that day. I guess I am supposed to accept the reason as 2 technicians worked on the car and may have been an oversight. Not good! More
