It took over 3 hours for maintenance and repair. The video of work done said one thing, but then the service tech told me something else. I must return to have to work completed, which is fine, but The video of work done said one thing, but then the service tech told me something else. I must return to have to work completed, which is fine, but communication was rather lacking. I like the service dept at Classic. But I admit I made a mistake when I bought my car from them. I have a 2026 Passport that I’ll be selling within the next few weeks. I’ll likely return to Honda of Mentor. Ahh well, we all learn from our mistakes. More
