I had appointment for an oil change tire rotation and then to look at a warranty part which would involve them driving it to replicate the problem. I dropped it off at 10:30 and was called at four just t then to look at a warranty part which would involve them driving it to replicate the problem. I dropped it off at 10:30 and was called at four just to tell me that they didn’t have time to drive it and that they would need a whole day for that and asked if they could keep it over the holiday weekend. Absolutely not and very disappointing considering I’m about to purchase my fourth car from them More
