We went in looking at a juke, met Kyle and the next 4 Saturdays we were frequent visitors. While I was picky he continued to work on finding us the vehicle that worked right for us. No communication. Had to call for updates and all the leg work to get parts approved. Was told my car was complete but when I drove it away check engine was on and car Had to call for updates and all the leg work to get parts approved. Was told my car was complete but when I drove it away check engine was on and car shook. There was no way they drove it to see if it was working after having it for 3 weeks! So basically they lied when they told me they drove it and it was all ok. I will go to a different certified dealership before ever going back there. They obviously have no customer service!! More
