Mike Rakowski helped me set up a great deal via email considering I live in Miami I had a great experience leasing my Audi A3 at Audi Coral Springs. Mike Rakowski helped me set up a great deal via email considering I live in Miami and this dealership is a good 45 minutes away from me. He helped me find the right Audi for me from their inventory which is visible online and helped me come up with a great deal that fit by budget. The day I went in to see the car (and ultimately made the deal), Mike was out of the office, but Arielle Newnam stepped in and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Just as Mike, she was able to answer all my questions and made my experience quite the enjoyable one. Once we had the paperwork filled out, the Tony Segreto helped with the Finance piece and again answered all the questions I had and helped make sure I fully understood what my financial obligations would be and how my Audi Care package worked. All-in-all, everyone I worked with was amazing, and I could not be happier with the service I recieved! More
