My name is Mike Rakowski. I am a Senior Audi Brand Specialist / Fleet Specialist at Audi Coral Springs. I am originally from Toronto, Canada. I went to Northwood University in West Palm Beach Florida to pursue a degree in the Automotive Business. My time in Florida was supposed to be for 9 months (one semester) as the Canadian Automotive School I attended has an agreement to finish at Northwood. Essentially I jumped right to my senior year. I have now been living here in Florida for well over a decade, I never went back! After graduating in 2004 with my Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Automotive Marketing/Management I started with Audi. I have been at this dealership ever since. I am proud to be a part of the team at Audi Coral Springs, and the Audi Brand. I look forward to many great years of continued growth into the future.

2nd lease with this dealership This is my second lease at ACS. I dealt with Mike Rakowski and Geno Walsh. They are who I dealt with with on my first lease. I'm always satisfied and This is my second lease at ACS. I dealt with Mike Rakowski and Geno Walsh. They are who I dealt with with on my first lease. I'm always satisfied and will only do any purchasing or leasing from Mike. I live out east and will only want to deal with Mike. Worth the drive. Better inventory than Lighthouse Point. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE I normally don't write these type of surveys but this experience was so amazing that I had to make sure I took time out of my schedule to write one. I normally don't write these type of surveys but this experience was so amazing that I had to make sure I took time out of my schedule to write one. I walked into the dealership after they closed (without knowing) but Mike still made sure I had a great car buying experience. He is a very knowledgeable and intelligent product specialist and was able to fully answer any questions we had. The Finance Manager, Jim, also made our process a lot smoother by taking us to through the process efficiently and making sure we knew all the details. I was extremely happy with the deal I got! Big kudos to them for staying late at night to serve me and my family. Great customer service. It was truly exceptional, Mike and the team went above and beyond expectations to make sure that my family was treated well and had an amazing car buying experience. I will definitely be referring Audi of Coral Springs and Mike to all of my friends, family, and community members which spans all over South Florida if they are on the lookout for an Audi or still deciding what car to buy. They were truly exceptional. More

There was no pretense of ego and he opened up with us immediately as to wanting to know what our goals were. We had set our minds on a color (volcano red) and model (Q5) so we went on a test drive and were sold! Now we only had to discuss cost of the 48 month lease. That took an amazingly short period of time and we were off in our new car. I can't rave enough on how mature and friendly Mike was. Although it had been about six years since our last change of cars, this experience was by far the easiest and pleasant! Kudos to Mike and the Audi Coral Springs dealership! More

James Edmonds has been my service contact for close to 10 years, and he fit me in quickly, had the diagnostics completed and presented my service options. He arranged for a loaner and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. James is representative of why I stick with Audi and the dealership. A first class experience. More
