I wrapped up my entire purchase from the time I arrived until the time I drove off the lot in a new car in about 2 hours. The whole process was fast, seamless and pain free. No pressure, no gimmicks. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the sales rep. (Mark Jacobs) I dealt with was excellent! Great Experience, Great price. We'll definitely get our next Audi here! More

Great Experience! Do recommend!! I was dreading the process of buying my new car, so I went online to several sites and read their reviews. What amazed me of Audi of Coral Springs rev I was dreading the process of buying my new car, so I went online to several sites and read their reviews. What amazed me of Audi of Coral Springs reviews was that they were all satisfied customers with a great experience to tell, many associates named but always emphasizing the great teamwork! I filled my info online and I had several people reaching out to me immediately. When I contacted them back I continued dealing with Gina Becker who was fantastic from beginning to end. Normal, considered, not pushy and genuine. I felt like I was chatting to a friend, in a relaxed atmosphere. Needless to say; I drove out with a brand new Audi Q 5 and loving it!! In between I also had a chance to meet (via email) with Mike who send me some pictures of colors in inventory which helped me nail down which one. Also Nick helped me along the way as I needed some info for the insurance and after with some questions on setting up the screens and options in my car! Usually the most tedious and annoying part is with the financing guy, which in this case was truly a pleasure to deal with Rance, (sorry if I misspelled your name but I find it very unique and have never seen it written :-) . He explained all the different options and suggested the best ones for me depending on use, etc. Again, it just felt like chatting among friends; relaxing and enjoyable. Oh yes, I had been at another dealer before and was somewhat annoyed with the way things were going; and I'm glad that I brought my business to Audi of CS!! When you are excited about a new car, there is no need to go through an unpleasant and tedious process where you feel like they are all trying to get you!!! Fortunately there are still places like thesewhere you can enjoy the whole experience!!!! Thanks Audi of CS team !!! my Q5 drives like a dream!!! More

Salesmen Mike Rakowski and Steve Kincaid, as well as Sales Manager Geno Walsh know their product inside and out, and know how to treat customers like royalty. The entire process from arrival, test drive, vehicle selection, negotiation, and delivery was completed in a little over 2 hours, which is probably a record of some sort! These guys are a real pleasure to interact with and I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen, regardless of whether they're looking for an Audi or one of the competitors. I was taken very good care of the 1st time I went to Audi Coral Springs By Geno Walsh , Mike Rakowski and Rance Williams...when I bought my Q5. When my son got his license and I needed a 3rd vehicle, I looked high and low for a great deal. You can imagine.. there was junk out there... As a new Audi Coral Springs customer, Rance, the Finance Director was nice enough to take the time to talk to my son and I about the best options for purchasing him a car. I was NOT going to buy my 18 year "Speedster" a new Audi... but Rance suggested I could give him my Husband's Camry and buy my husband pre-owned A5 !!!! Even though Mike Rakowski is always patience and helpful I had to make sure for myself I was getting the best deal. I looked at many different pre owned A5's in South Florida. The deal at Audi Coal Springs kept coming up as the best value for my money. Neil "Mr. Technology" went over all the features of the car, and even made sure his golf clubs fit !!! So when it came time I purchased a pre- owned A5, at Audi Coral Springs. I would not buy from anywhere in South Florida. I love my service advisor Eric Rutherford and made sure he was my husband's also !!! More
