Mr. Reid just blew us away with the buying experience he provided us. My credit is nothing to brag about but he drove 20 miles to my home, picked up My wife and I. We got to Vann York Toyota, he had a silver vehicle written up. I asked Mike, "you have anything in black?" He grabbed a key, handed it to us and said, "I have this one in black, 2 miles on the odometer". It was surreal to say the least. 0 down with my credit! So now I'm pushing Mr Reid to upgrade me to an S Premium plus model with standard new car smell! Black of course, a few more bells and whistles. By the way, only current vehicle, I said, "Mike, no bluetooth?" He said sure, we'll install you a bluetooth if you want. No cost to me, the installer came to my house to install it! Mike and Vann York Toyota will end up having a lasting relationship with me until they pry my cold dead hands from the steering wheel of my Toyota. The new car smell has since faded and I'm hoping Mike can work his magic for me once again and upgrade me to a 2014 S Premium. Am I greedy, maybe a little, but life is short and you never know unless you try. C'mon Mike, work some magic for me. Do what you do best..... More

I bought a new toyota avalon which had a faulty transmission one month later. Vann York replaced the car with a brand new car within 48 hours, completely free of charge. My auto purchase was not something I had planned or wanted to do at this time. My car was totaled and left me with no choice. I called around to a lot of dealers and also checked online as well. Doing this put my contact information out for dealers to reach me and boy did they! Some dealers or salesmen called me over and over. I took one call from Mike Reid at Vann York Toyota. Mike looked at my finances and credit and told me what he could do for me. I asked Mike what kind of deal I could expect and was told "I'm not going to pick your next car, thats up to you." I was very Impressed by this non pushy approach. Over the next several days I had work and family functions that prevented me from visiting any dealerships but I must have received one hundred calls from various sales people. I received one call from Mike informing me of his schedule and that was it. I can't convey how comfortable Mike made me feel by not "sales stalking" me. When I visited the dealership I was meet by Mike with a smile and a hand shake. It was a cold rainy Saturday and we looked at at least five different cars. I looked at new and used and was afforded a test drive in each vehicle I had interest in. I found two vehicles I liked and had a decision to make. Mike didn't push me in either direction. Once I had decided on what I wanted Mike walked me through the process with ease answering every question and taking his time getting things done. I was then intrduced to the finance and insurance department where Gregg took his time with all the paper work and offered great off topic conversation to help pass the time while papers where printing. I have made several new and used car purchases from several dealerships and would have to say this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable purchase yet. After researching and test driving a few cars, my wife and I knew that we wanted to purchase a 2013 Toyota Prius Two with a Rear Camera added on. We started price shopping at all the Toyota dealerships wi and I knew that we wanted to purchase a 2013 Toyota Prius Two with a Rear Camera added on. We started price shopping at all the Toyota dealerships within a 50 mile radius and Vann York came in the lowest. Plus, all the options, some bought and some thrown in for free sealed the deal. Mike Reid was great to work with! He was persistent and informative as a good salesperson should be, without the hard sell. He gave us the information we needed and let us make the decisions on how we wanted to spend our money. Overall, we feel really good about our purchase and would definitely buy from Vann York Toyota and Mike Reid. More

When I went into Vann York Toyota I just wanted to look at the new corollas and the price. I was immediately contacted by email. I had had 3 strokes within 3 months in 2010 and was not allowed to go back at the new corollas and the price. I was immediately contacted by email. I had had 3 strokes within 3 months in 2010 and was not allowed to go back to work by the doctors and I was out of work for 19 months before getting my disability. my credit had gone down the drain. I wasn't sure I could get credit for a new car. I had owned my corolla since 2001, and had over 192,000 miles on it. mechanically it was running fine but being out in the sun for all these years the interior was dry rotting. when I went down there I was immediately met when I got out of the car. I was asked if I needed to see anyone and it had been mike emailing me so I told them his name. while I was waiting for him several more asked me if I was being helped. I did receive a new car and I know they worked to get It for me even though I was not happy with the interest rate and therefore higher payment but I guess this is what will help me get my credit back up to par. thank you for all your help.
