This is the second car we purchased from Mike Reid and Vann Yark dealership. I enjoy working with Mike and trust his help and direction. About the only thing I would like to see change would be amount of Vann Yark dealership. I enjoy working with Mike and trust his help and direction. About the only thing I would like to see change would be amount of time it takes to complete the purchase. This reminds me of the old sweat box office approach which takes the fun out of buying a new car. However, Mike did his best to make it pleasant!!! One last point, I can not think of the persons last name in the service department...but ask for William when making an appointment...you will not be disappointed in the way he takes care of your car. Thanks Mike and William Regards Keith More
