This is the second car we purchased from Mike Reid and Vann Yark dealership. I enjoy working with Mike and trust his help and direction. About the only thing I would like to see change would be amount of Vann Yark dealership. I enjoy working with Mike and trust his help and direction. This reminds me of the old sweat box office approach which takes the fun out of buying a new car. However, Mike did his best to make it pleasant!!! One last point, I can not think of the persons last name in the service department...but ask for William when making an appointment...you will not be disappointed in the way he takes care of your car. Simple no hassle deal. Vann York Toyota had the vehicle that I was looking for in stock. Mr. Reid contacted me by phone. I made an offer and he called me back within 30 minutes with their acceptance of that I was looking for in stock. Mr. Reid contacted me by phone. I made an offer and he called me back within 30 minutes with their acceptance of the deal. This was on Wednesday afternoon, July 26. I made an appointment to pick up the vehicle for Friday morning, July 28th. Upon arrival, Mr. Reid presented the vehicle ready to go. All the paper work took less than 30 minutes to complete. I had done research on the Prius and came in for a Test Ride. Mike was out sick, so I met with Richard. He explained all the features and we reviewed my purchase, insurance options.
