Worst Auto Dealer Experience Ever. When I arrived at the dealer - I was told I needed to wait for the manager - who was "in the bathroom" - for 25 minutes! When I asked if someone else could make a decision or help me, I was snapped at and told to be patient. Really? I've owned 4 Volvos over the past 20 years - but Lovering has convinced me to look elsewhere. If you need a car, buy another brand, get a motorcycle, even a bike, or a horse and buggy. But respect yourself and DON'T go to Lovering. More

We decided to buy a car during a pandemic. Not sure it was the best idea but we ended up having the best possible experience. After searching all over the country, we found the perfect CPO 2020 Volvo XC90 was the best idea but we ended up having the best possible experience. After searching all over the country, we found the perfect CPO 2020 Volvo XC90. It was exactly what we wanted (we love our 2009 XC90) but it was NH and we are in CA. My husband was less interested in buying a car during a pandemic, or a car at all so it was up to me to make it happen. Enter our sales consultant, Rich Melletus, from Lovering Volvo. Some people would never dare to buy a car sight unseen, but with Rich’s amazing customer service and modern technology, it felt like we were on the lot. I’m a very no nonsense woman. When I’m on a mission there is no stopping me—just ask my husband who didn’t really want a new car. Rich was by my side every step of the way. He was extremely responsive and detail oriented. He was always available to answer questions and confirm that he had received this or that and he was able to answer all of my questions. Rich was very honest. He inspected the car, sent me a personal YouTube video and pointed out a few minor scratches of which he arranged to have repainted before the sale was final. We don’t buy cars that often so I cannot express how grateful I am to have had such a positive experience. If you’re looking to buy a Volvo and you want to work with someone who is competent, respectful, knowledgeable and professional, Rich Melletus is the sales consultant to request! Thank you, Rich!
