Worst vehicle experience I’ve had my whole life. Warranty never covers anything, so don’t get it. False warranty claims by Rob. Rob said they make lots of money on warranty claims, understand why now. Logan falsified oil change report. Mike was quick to get thru the lease process but not like other places I bought vehicles. Jim did not give accurate vehicle payoff info, so had to come back twice. Not very friendly either. Not a great exit. Lady on the phone sounds dead, like she’s being forced to work there. One lady in the oil change area didn’t have time to go over future maintenance with me. Just a number here. More
