Had to jump through hoops to prove who I was because my name was different (divorced) on title then my license. I drove over 5hrs one way and had to rent a room there to get court documents faxed and they name was different (divorced) on title then my license. They also ran my credit to see the different names and addresses under my social security number, they still didn’t accept that! Had to have a family member go to my house and dig through documents to find my marriage license and send it to me. It was a nightmare. I traded my fully owned vehicle as well as paid cash, so I wasn’t getting financed. Never again! It was the financial guy that was so difficult, my sales guy was great and even paid for our dinner, the used sales manager (a lady) was great too. Too bad they didn’t keep my business because I buy a new car every couple years and have lots of people I would’ve sent their way. Never ever had this kind of experience at a dealership before. More

Mike Reith was very helpful. Normally dealers look at my boyfriend and I and do not walk up to us or talk down to us like we know nothing about cars or car prices.
