Mike allowed us to try out the 2021 RAV4 and Venza. He pointed out all the unique features each vehicle has to offer. He answered all the questions and there were many. We ended up selecting the Venza. The following day we picked up our new vehicle and Mike again took a good amount of time to explain what the Venza had to offer. At no time during the entire purchasing process did we feel rushed or pressured in making our decision. Mike was a wonderful support person during this entire process of buying our new vehicle.
