Mike was courteous, friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. The car sale was perfect and the dealership went above and beyond to make sure this was a great experience. I have personally have purchased many cars over the years, and kolosso Toyota was by the best experience thus far. We will be returning in the future for our next purchase. Would definitely work with my Mike again. I do want to add a comment about Gerald Collins (Jerry) who completed the financing part of the vehicle for the purchase, that he could perhaps be more assertive and friendly. My wife commented he did not explain things very well about the vehicle registration, which left open questions and mentioned he just seemed rather 'uninterested' in talking about the car or anything else in general. I think this could be improved for a better experience in the future to close out the car sale. More

When we got to the lot, he had all estimates already on paper for us and was straight business, great guy and salesman! He'll take good care of you as his customer. However if you're going to go to this dealership, I would recommend trying to go during the day and not after work hours. They are a very busy dealership and making an appointment for anytime after 5:00 p.m. is going to be ideal if you plan on purchasing a vehicle that same day. More
