The Kolosso Buying Experience A salesman (Mike Rieth) met us right outside the door and asked how he could be of help. He was professional and not “pushy” or overwhelming. He walked us through the lot and watched my reactions to Rav4’s that were parked on the lot. He astutely figured out I preferred red or white and the XLE by watching body language and subtle verbal ques. He knew we had limited time so he didn’t bog-down in paperwork. Instead he focused on experience through a test drive. We also indicated we were next going to visit the competition, Bergstrom. We asked him to prepare a quote and that we’d talk by phone at Bergstrom. Mike did this in a timely fashion. He didn’t create undo pressure. He offered us a fair deal. When I returned the next day to get the car, Mike led me through paperwork. His orientation was positive , thorough but not overly detailed. He encouraged me to practice (especially the electronics) and schedule a follow-up appointment if I was having any trouble. Overall, a very good buying experience! More
